Jim has been with Claudia's since 2003.  He was the original webmaster for Claudia's, providing us with our internet presence, and he still manages the communications services for our offices.  In 2005 Jim attended Real Estate school, became a licensed Sales Associate and then a Broker.  Today Jim, and his wife Jeanne, are the Owners of Claudia's.  Jim's hobbies include bicycling, kayaking & sailing.

Jeanne has been associated with Claudia's since 2005, first as part-time, and now full-time, office manager.  Jeanne relocated to Florida with Jim after a 13 year residence in Lilburn, GA (just east of Atlanta).  They are originally from the Philadelphia, PA area.  Her interests are reading, quilting, bicycling, and being a busy Grandmother.

While working at Merck & Co., a large pharmaceutical company in New Jersey, Bob received his BS degree from Rutgers University, and received his Real Estate license while working in the Personnel Department.  Erna worked as a legal secretary and computer specialist in the same company.  They both retired in 1986 and moved into a beautiful and friendly park in Ellenton, FL: Colony Cove.  This park has so many activities - tennis, swimming, shuffling, dancing, and such great people.  They have worked for Claudia's for 7 years, during which time Bob has also received his Florida Real Estate license.

In 2004 I moved to Florida from southern California to be closer to my family in Florida and Michigan and I love it!  Everyone out west said I would be back in a year, but I love replacing the mountains and deserts with water, and seashores!  I am a constant scrap, craft person and I love to redecorate!  I also dabble in genealogy and write short stories for children.  I now live in Ridgewood Mobile Home Community in Ellenton and love the fact we have a 24 hour guard gate and so many nearby stores and restaurants.  There are so many friendly people here in Florida, and the sunsets are beautiful.  Frequently I stop my car to let a large turtle cross the street or a great gray heron check me out.  It's wonderful!  After working most of my adult life as a registered nurse, I am now happy to still be involved in helping people through Claudia's.  My motto is: "A HAPPY HOMEOWNER IS A HEALTHIER PERSON."  That's what I like here at Claudia's Mobile Home Place and Real Estate; we take the stress out of selling or buying your home.  Please call Carol Proctor at 722-4332 or my cell phone at 228-9385

I have pretty much been in business since I was 16: real estate, insurance, stock brokerage, etc.  My husband and I were partners in a Marina venture and I owned and operated 2 restaurants.  After the last recession we jumped on a 42 ' Trojan and headed down the ICW to Ft. Lauderdale.  My husband was offered a position there as he has been a yacht broker for over 50 years and we decided to stay.  I also own and operate a small business that I have had for almost 20 years: Executive Housekeeping/Homecare.  We have raised 7 children and we now have 20 grandchildren.  We love people and love living in Paradise.  Between work, kids, Nasser, and boating our life is pretty full & interesting!
